Payroll Data Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Data Specialist to join our team on a -month fixed term contract . As a Payroll Data Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of payroll data, supporting the OneProfile system, and providing expert knowledge in SAP HRX flows. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating reports for the payroll team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll data by conducting regular audits and reconciliations. Collaborate with the HR team to input and update employee data in the SAP based HRX system. Provide expert knowledge and support in SAP based HRX flows, ensuring smooth data integration and processing. Generate and analyse payroll reports, identifying any discrepancies or errors and taking appropriate corrective actions. Assist in the development and implementation of payroll processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to resolve any payroll-related issues or inquiries.ABOUT YOU
Proven experience as a Payroll Data Specialist or similar role, preferably in a large organization. Strong knowledge of payroll processes, systems, and regulations. Expertise in SAP based HRX flows would be a plus. Proficiency in generating and analysing payroll reports. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.ABOUT THE PERKS
