About The Opportunity

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of two apartment projects while developing your expertise across all aspects of project administration and coordination.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager with contract administration, procurement, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site operations to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Manage project documentation, including variations, progress claims, and reports.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the smooth and efficient execution of the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role (CA or Project Coordinator).
  • Mindset: A positive attitude, a proactive approach, and a strong desire to grow in the industry.
