As an APS 6 level Digital Data Analyst, you'll play a key leadership role, working within a dynamic team to deliver crucial data and insights.

This role is located in Surry Hills NSW.

You will have delegated authority to resolve issues, manage resources, and provide leadership and guidance to team members.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating data and analytics reports for participant and provider digital products.
  • Providing insights into user and customer experience gaps and current processes.
  • Collaborating with business analysts and technical specialists to resolve usability issues.
  • Undertaking both regular and ad-hoc data analyses to support decision-making.
  • Creating accessible data visualisation for key stakeholders.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in creating data and analytics reports, especially in digital products.
  • Strong skills in documenting insights around user experience and accessibility.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
  • A strong understanding of business goals and key performance indicators.
  • Experience with creating accessible data visualisation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • An ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
