The Company
An exciting full time, temp to perm opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to work with a successful and growing manufacturing & wholesale business in the South East of Melbourne. 

The Role
Join this high performing Accounts Receivable team of four. Reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, your primary duties will comprise of:

  • Allocations
  • Invoicing/Receipting
  • Managing large number of accounts
  • Creating new accounts
  • Collections
  • Managing interstate debtors ledger
  • Banking 
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Dealing with credit queries
  • Stop supply 
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required by AR Team Leader

About You
The successful candidate will obtain the following: 

  • Intermediate Excel skills (v look ups/pivots)
  • Proven collections ability
  • Results focused
  • Previous experience in a high volume environment 
  • High attention to detail 
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Team player 
  • Experience in working with large ERP System
