Role Overview

The Change Lead is responsible for delivering change management activities associated with the successful implementation of two new employee and workforce management systems - Workday HCM and Nimbus Time2Work. This 12 month fixed term contract role will report to the IT Project Manager and require close collaboration with cross functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Working with the IT Project Manager and Implementation Partner to develop and implement a fit for purpose change plan to support the successful implementation of new technology; Collaborate with the project team and business stakeholders to assess the impact of change and develop practical solutions to support adoption of the new systems and ongoing use to maximise benefit realisation; Develop and execute detailed change implementation plans, including support for key stakeholders, training and communication, leveraging subject matter experts in the business; and Conduct regular reviews and assessments of change progress including identifying risks, providing updates and mitigation strategies to continuously improve the effectiveness of the change plan.

About you

Your skills and experience will include;

Proven experience in leading IT change management activities, preferably in IT projects; Strong understanding of IT systems and software (preferably HR and Workforce Management Systems); Successful track record in change implementations; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in change management tools and methodologies (e.g., ITIL, ADKAR); and Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Change Management Certification is desired.
