We are seeking an experienced Change Lead to join one of our government clients for an immediate start.

The Role

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Implement a comprehensive change management plan, including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Demonstrate high levels of negotiation and influencing skills to achieve objectives in an environment that is often complex and ambiguous
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of change communications
  • Liaising with different key stakeholders of the business

Experience Required

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (organisational change, human resources, organisational psychology), professional change management certification or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as a Change Lead or in a similar change management role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work both as part of a team and independently
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to meet changing requirements and to provide support to others in an environment of change
  • Strong influencing, liaison and negotiation skills in potentially complex situations
