As the Quality Control Officer you will evaluate the quality of products, materials, components and/or operations, working in an industrial lab and adjacent manufacturing facility. This is a collaborative, dynamic, hands-on role involving a level of physical activity such as cutting and lifting pipe samples, pushing trolleys, assembling/preparing and testing samples.

What will you do?

Perform routine process and product inspection/testing, ensuring the quality of products before release to customers, as well as appropriate control of non-conforming productCollaborate with manufacturing and supply chain to achieve and improve the product quality and complianceSupport the execution of internal quality audits, investigation of quality incidents, implementation of improvement actions and other duties associated to the maintenance of accreditations for the products and the Quality Management System

About you

Technical, science or engineering (trade or higher) backgroundPrevious experience in a quality related field (and fast paced manufacturing)Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite, SAPEffective communication skills and strong report and procedure writing skillsBe able to work autonomously and have sound judgment skillsEffective time management and organisational skillsAbility to work to given instructions, adapt to and promote changeEffective problem-solving skillsCurrent Forklift licence (preferred)Flexibility with working hours
