Our Rigs and Well Services contract is currently seeking a Quality Manager who will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality of our safety and training systems and standards in support of our operations. You will provide leadership, support and direction in the implementation and monitoring of Quality processes and systems to redefine service excellence whilst complying with our safety, training, environmental and associated statutory and contractual requirements. If you have great leadership skills and are passionate about ensuring excellence in your work, this position may be the perfect fit for you. This role is a fulltime role based in our Toowoomba Office.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Ventia Quality management systems in support of the Rigs and Well Services contract.
- Identify the Quality Assurance/ Control performance related matters, including non-conformance, defects and deficiency reporting;
- Lead and manage document control and continuous improvement systems and processes for Ventia RWS systems in line with Ventia standards
- Lead and manage continuous improvement projects in support of RWS harmonisation e.g. SHEQ System integration, Subcontract or Management System implementation, Consolidation of Training Systems
- Managing SHEQ sub-contractor prequalification and ongoing performance monitoring and performance against Ventia standards.

**About You**

Ventia’s SHEQ/ Safety team are a dynamic, tight knit group of professionals. We are looking for a conscientious, detail orientated person who is looking to work in our Rigs and Well Services business.
- Excellent knowledge of Quality Management Systems and quality assurance/ control processes
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
- Conversant in ISO AS/NS standards and Industry Acts and regulations
- Minimum of Diploma in Quality Management or Workplace Health and Safety
- Lead Quality Systems Auditor qualifications
- Project management skills
