Looking for a Delivery Lead for leading end-to-end implementation of Oracle Health Insurance projects for our customers. As a recognized authority and leading contributor within the practice with extensive knowledge and experience in Health Insurance implementations and regulatory reporting areas, provides consistent high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team. Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions for Oracle Health Insurance within constraints of time and budget.

Activities in Oracle Health Insurance Consulting (OHI) Implementation or Managed Service activity streams as an OHI Consulting Delivery Lead

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead teams for delivery of OHI projects end-to-end Analyze business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry standard methodologies, product knowledge, and eye for business. Collaborate with customer and internal collaborators Exercise judgment and eye for business in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very sophisticated aspects of applications and technology installations. Influence customer leadership on key decisions optimally. Resolves sophisticated customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Estimate tasks for efforts and timelines and meet achievements and deadlines appropriately within budget. Report progress on tasks and projects Provide direction and mentoring to project teams. Participate in and support Pre-Sales activities for OHI Consulting by providing domain expertise Mentor team leads and team members Understand and improve consulting standard methodologies Strive for continuous improvement of Implementation Process & standards

Crucial Skills

Implementation consulting or IT experience with health insurance domain applications as a Delivery Lead preferably for an Australia based Insurance company Proficiency in English - verbal and written Good communication and documentation skills Experience with collaborating with customer and internal collaborators Familiar with basics of Oracle tech stack (Java, SQL) Knowledge of other Oracle applications such as Fusion Financials / Documaker / Workflow / document management will be an advantage

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Health Insurance domain - products, processes and operations and Regulatory reporting in Australia Certification in Health Insurance topics Previous work experience as a Delivery Lead at customer location for Application implementation work Prior experience of leading remote team Prior experience in integration with other systems such as Financials ERP, Document generation, Payments processing etc. Prior experience in data migration area Prior knowledge and experience on areas such as Cloud, deployment etc. Aware of the newest technologies and development practices
