We are seeking a Case Manager who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims from inception to finalisation in accordance with relevant legislative, regulatory and Allianz requirements. The role will be responsible for maintaining a focus on strategic collaboration and case management, to maximise early resolution of claims and recoveries.

 You'll be responsible for

  • Proactive management of your own Workers Compensation claims portfolio from lodgement to finalisation.
  • Maintaining regular contact with customers and/ or other stakeholders, in line with service standards ensuring they are consulted as part of the claims management process, informed of all key claim developments and aware of their obligations.
  • Ensuring data is maintained through correct data entry.
  • Maintaining a focus on strategic collaboration and case management at all times to maximise early resolution of claims.
  • Building effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders including legal representatives, medical professionals, and rehabilitation providers to drive successful outcomes.

 About you

  • Experience in a similar case management role within personal injury insurance (highly desired)
  • You will have the drive and interest to your customer focused experience and approach to grow a career in case management
  • You will be known for your empathetic style and customer focused approach which allows you to ‘walk in our customer's shoes'
  • The ability to handle difficult situations and act in a professional manner whilst resolving complex situations in a timely manner
  • Solid problem solving and relationship building abilities
  • High attention to detail, excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt when changes occur
