LSTC - Grafton, ND - Administrative Assistant

As our Administrative Assistant II, you will be the primary contact for visitors, callers and current employees, directing them to the correct departments within LSTC. Your responsibilities will include data entry, billing and, record retention across various departments. Specifically, you will handle the billing for admissions and discharges. You will work closely with Human Resources to coordinate fingerprinting, and other post offer screening tasks. 

Additionally, you will support HR by scheduling interviews and ensuring all necessary paperwork is available for the interview team. You will also tackle assigned projects from the superintendent and other managers with a focus in collecting data for accreditation purposes. 

Also, in this position, you will be handling of personal medical and financial information, and input information into software (REGISTAR).

Management of census daily will be an expectation.

To succeed in this position , you should have an open mind and be adept at shifting priorities throughout your day. You should have a high level of confidentiality and demonstrate respect and dignity towards all people. You can work independently and as part of a team. In addition, you must exhibit clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. 

To be considered for this position, you must have an associate degree with major coursework in office support, business, or office education, AND
