We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Sales Support Merchandise and Store Personnel to join our Grafton branch and help drive in-store sales of our agricultural products.

About the Role:

Working under the Branch Manager, your main focus will be on building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include providing sales and administrative support, ensuring timely order processing and safe delivery. Your tasks will be diverse and include:

  • General administrative duties such as stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching goods
  • Assisting customers with pricing and product inquiries
  • Processing counter sales
  • Forklift operations and occasional on-farm deliveries
  • Inventory management
  • Maintaining safety protocols
  • Handling loading/unloading of trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders

About You:

To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in a team support role within a dynamic environment and a genuine interest in Australian farming. Additionally, you should demonstrate:

  • Proactive work approach and strong organizational skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Effective verbal communication abilities for building lasting customer relations
  • Valid driver's license and forklift certification (HR license preferred but not required)
