Ways of working
Join us in our brand-new, buzzing contact centre at Chermside for this exciting office-based role
You'll be on a rotating roster, working between 7.00am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with one Saturday shift per month. As a bonus, you'll get the following Friday off as an RDO
Key priorities

Lead and manage a team of up to 12, ensuring seamless onboarding and fostering a collaborative, motivated atmosphere.

Oversee policy updates and amendments while driving your team to promote products and services to both new and existing clients.

Cultivate a culture of active listening and tailored solutions to meet customer needs, and tackle challenges with your problem-solving skills to maintain smooth operations.

Mentor and coach your team to support their professional growth and achieve sales and performance goals.

Leverage your deep understanding of the Youi environment to deliver exceptional results.
