Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing ILS Training Plans and Reports in accordance with ASDEFCON and project needs
  • Leading the development and maintenance of project processes, procedures, and training
  • Working closely with Engineering, Operations and Support, and the CoA to develop and maintain all Training programs, products and services
  • Analysis, Design and Development of Training and the various SADL requirements
  • Conducting Training Working Groups and providing support to Trainers and ILS staff
  • Developing and coordinating training activities
  • Identifying opportunities for Training Development and Delivery Improvements and providing recommendations

About you:

  • Significant training experience with knowledge of the design, development, implementation delivery and evaluation of training to customer training requirements
  • Complete understanding of and wide application of technical principles, theories and concepts, within the training domain
  • Ability to follow through and investigate issues with a thorough, methodical approach with proven problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt and think creatively with outstanding communication and writing skills

Special Requirements:

Applicants must be Australian Citizens and are required to hold and maintain AGSVAR security clearance to NV1.

International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable and as such, your citizenship (including dual citizenship) may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role.
