As we experience rapid growth, we are looking for an
Integrated Logistics Support Manager to lead the design and delivery of support solutions for the EW Command and Control System.

Work on green fields evolutionary developments to incrementally modernise the Navy's EW capabilities to meet the demands of an ever increasing complex maritime environment.


The program involves bespoke systems design and development of custom hardware and software EW subsystems, which will be fully integrated into the ship's critical systems.

We are seeking a skilled
Integrated Logistics Support Manager** to lead the Integrated Logistics Support team for the Maritime Electronic Warfare System of Systems.

You will join the experienced delivery team working to:

  • Deliver comprehensive support plans in delivery of complex systems including research, modelling and analysis to define and establish impacts on lifecycle costs, resource requirements, technical training, space requirements, environmental impacts, security standards and safety requirements.
  • Lead the team to prepare and deliver work packages for input considerations to ILS requirements including Reliability, Maintainability, Standardisation, Interoperability and Usability; accounting for People, Facility and Test environments.
  • Manage the delivery of technical publication and product documentation, including dissemination, presentation and training.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Degree qualifications in Science & Technology, Mathematics or Engineering or equivalent training
  • Advanced knowledge and skills specifically within Logistics Engineering of complex defence systems
