**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Review and maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Oversee and coordinate training schedule for all levels of training requirements
- Course training
- Compliance training
- Recertification / Certification
- Perform tasks including action end of course filing, certificate production, and notifications under guidance from Training Support Capability Lead
- Review and maintain Training Support documentation
- Ensure Training Sharepoint and Confluence sites are kept up to date
- Ensure the ongoing delivery of sustainment program training courses
- Liaise and coordinate with external training providers for essential/desirable training events for personnel
- Analyse and Maintain the training calendar based on information gleaned from recertification database and annual training plans supplied by MOSCL and program maintenance managers (MM)
- Support MOSCL and delivery program MMs for the upkeep of program maintenance authorisation records to ensure the highest levels of currency is sustained

**About you**:

- Substantial knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS)
- Experience in the use of traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
- Substantial experience with e-learning platforms
- Maintenance experience in an air, simulator, naval or army environments
- Substantial experience in Maintenance/Asset Management Systems (eg: MEX, Maximo, CAMM2, MILIS)
- Experience with ISO9001 Quality Management, ISO55001 Asset Management

**Special Requirements**:

- Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and hold a current or re-instatable NV1 Defence Security Clearance.
