Your responsibilities will include:

  • Review and maintain updated curriculum database and training records
  • Oversee and coordinate training schedule for all levels of training requirements
  • Course training
  • Compliance training
  • Recertification / Certification
  • Perform tasks including action end of course filing, certificate production, and notifications under guidance from Training Support Capability Lead
  • Review and maintain Training Support documentation
  • Ensure Training Sharepoint and Confluence sites are kept up to date
  • Ensure the ongoing delivery of sustainment program training courses
  • Liaise and coordinate with external training providers for essential/desirable training events for personnel
  • Analyse and Maintain the training calendar based on information gleaned from recertification database and annual training plans supplied by MOSCL and program maintenance managers (MM)
  • Support MOSCL and delivery program MMs for the upkeep of program maintenance authorisation records to ensure the highest levels of currency is sustained

About you:

  • Substantial knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS)
  • Experience in the use of traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
  • Substantial experience with elearning platforms
  • Maintenance experience in an air, simulator, naval or army environments
  • Substantial experience in Maintenance/Asset Management Systems (eg: MEX, Maximo, CAMM2, MILIS)
  • Experience with ISO9001 Quality Management, ISO55001 Asset Management

Special Requirements:

  • Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and hold a current or reinstatable NV1 Defence Security Clearance.
