An early learning centre provides the quality learning program in a home-like environment. They have a team of dedicated staff who consistently go the extra mile to care for and nurture each child that comes through our doors. Their philosophy focuses on the holistic nature of children’s learning and sees play as a pathway to learning and discovery.

Skills and Experience

  • Work closely with your team to build a strong culture of collaboration and community
  • Manage the daily operations of the centre, ensuring compliance and quality of NQF and WH&S requirements
  • Develop strong relationships with your team and families, fostering engagement
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership skills and ability to develop your team
  • Actively assist the team by supporting them on the floor (if required)
  • Lead the Educational curriculum and mentor the team of teachers & educators

You must

  • Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Children’s services
  • Must have minimum 2 years previous Centre Manager experience
  • Lead, inspire and motivate a team of educators
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care
  • Current Working with Children check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
  • Relevant working with children checks, police checks, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma
  • You will have sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
