What you’ll do

  • Deepen relationships with customers through strategic engagement and activation of sustainable strategic value creation and growth opportunities
  • Own the strategic ‘engagement model’ for new customers for the commodity, based on identified strategic sales development pipeline. 
  • Overseeing an exceptional customer experience that enables achievement of portfolio financial targets identifying and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Establishing and enhancing operational and relationship management through regular face to face meetings to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Identifying potential opportunities and leads based on conversations, analysis and strategic guidance from FV Business Development Manager

What you’ll bring

  • An FMCG background with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven account management or other relevant experience
  • Supply Chain and rail logistics experience is desirable
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong Relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Fruit and Veg related experience is preferred.
