The Location Nestled amongst beautiful trees in the base of the Alpine Shire mountains directly on the Kiewa River, the Park provides many delights both in the water and on land, all year round.

Tawonga Tourist Park is an easy drive from Albury/Wodonga, Wangaratta and surrounding historic townships.
Proudly managed by Belgravia Pro this park reopened in April 2023 is perfect for an affordable holiday.
The Role To provide leadership and direction to all staff and ensure delivery of industry best practice services.

The Park Manager is responsible for the management of day-to-day operations in accordance with the relevant documentation and for the maximum benefit of all stakeholders including guests, staff, and the company.

Level 5 Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020 FT annualised agreement with subsidised 3-bedroom on-site residence with full personal use Uniform and safety wear provided with mobile phone provision About You An experienced individual or management team, who are highly customer focused, commercially minded to drive business development and a creative flare for local marketing and community engagement.

Equally passionate about tourism, environment and culture whilst delivering exceptional guest first experiences.
You will be friendly, enthusiastic with a demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and lead a team.
You are energetic with a hands-on approach, with attention to detail and guest first experience approach.

You possess proven experience in a similar role and available to work a flexible roster over a 10-day roster cycle including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

If applying as a management team - other currently available roles include Full time Grounds Maintenance Manager, Casual Front House officer & Guest Service Officer, please reference if applying as a team in each application Selection Criteria Previous Park Manager experience desired Proven experience in a similar role Familiarity with RMS 9+ computerised booking system and good computer skills Well-developed communication, organisation, administration, and management skills Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in a professional manner An energetic and enthusiastic, hands-on approach Outstanding customer service Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes Availability to work across a 7–10-day roster including public holidays, weekends, early mornings, and evenings Essential Holiday Accommodation / Tourism experience First Aid Level 2 and Current CPRCurrent Australian Police Check (within 3 months)Working with Children's Check or equivalent Australian Driver's Licence Legally entitled to work in Australia Key Accountabilities Being accountable for all business operation and guest experience Be hands-on and possess a positive can-do attitude Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment Recruit, train & lead a hospitality team to meet the requirements of the business Be accountable for the financial outcomes of the business Achievement of agreed KPI's The Company Belgravia PROis a management services company specialising in the operation of tourism properties, from campgrounds to large-scale tourist parks, we are also offering Park Manager training through the company's very successful RTO.
