About the role:

Are you passionate about eCommerce and ready to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We’re looking for an eCommerce and Website Support Lead to join our Technology Service Delivery team.

As the eCommerce and Website Support Lead, you’ll be the go-to expert managing the support for and maintenance  of our key digital platforms, including the Priceline website (B2C), myAPI website (B2B), and other corporate websites. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless online experiences for our customers and stakeholders.

We offer hybrid working, with our office located in Docklands close to Southern Cross Station and a tram stop directly in front of our building for an easy commute on office days.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee the daily operations of eCommerce support, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Work closely with internal IT teams, business units, and external partners to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. You’ll also maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely maintenance of eCommerce platforms and websites to maintain optimal performance, security, and up-to-date functionality.Identify and implement opportunities to enhance support processes and practices. You’ll also be involved in managing vendor contracts and ensuring they align with our needs.
  • Generate regular reports on support performance, track incident trends, and maintain up-to-date documentation. Your insights will drive continuous improvement across our support functions and contribute to the digital product roadmap.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in IT support, particularly within eCommerce or similar fields, with strong technical troubleshooting skills.
  • A solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage incidents and problem resolution while maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and customer service excellence.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or a related discipline preferred.
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
  • Experience in the retail or wholesale distribution industry is a plus.
