About Our Client
Our client is a leading manufacturing company that are seeking to recruit a Project Admin Coordinator on a temp basis, full time on-site. Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Logistics/Project Coordinator with proven logistics and freight experience to manage logistics for a significant roll-out project. This role involves coordinating both international and local stock, managing transport bookings, and working with warehouse staff to oversee inventory and shipments.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers: Support Project Managers with logistics and administrative tasks, including coordinating transportation providers, planning shipments, maintaining stock records, and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Track Shipments: Plan and track shipments according to project needs, supervise orders, and manage stock levels.
- Reporting: Ensure prompt movement of shipments, handle customer inquiries, resolve shipping errors, and report logistics status to Operations/Project Managers.
- Communication: Relay accurate project information to the team and clients, clarify any uncertainties, and adhere to deadlines.
- General Tasks: Perform various logistics and coordination tasks as directed by the Operations Manager or Project Manager.

Key Skills:
- Must have logistics and freight experience
- Proficient in using Excel for data tracking and reporting
- Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in office administration and reporting
