M&T has partnered with an employer of choice in their search for a seasoned Technical Lead with experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors.

In this role, you will guide the implementation of innovative solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with both business and technical subject matter experts to ensure smooth project delivery and troubleshoot any challenges.
  • Define and communicate key project milestones, identifying and addressing potential risks early on.
  • Partner closely with Project Managers to guarantee timely technical delivery, flagging any capacity constraints.
  • Lead technical workshops to resolve problems and maintain project momentum.
  • Ensure that all technical documentation adheres to our standards and is aligned with established templates.

Key Relationships:

  • Internal stakeholders: Architecture, Engineering, and Platform Teams.
  • External stakeholders: Vendors and delivery partners.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience managing the technical delivery of multi-system projects.
  • Ability to analyze solutions across various technical boundaries and systems.
  • Strong knowledge of system capabilities across multiple platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
  • Experience working in collaborative environments with a focus on transparency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification (desired).
