To support our continual growth, we are searching for a HR & Recruitment Administrator to join our HR team. This Full Time position will be based at our Welshpool office. We offer flexible working arrangements, including Working from home.

MINPROVISE is a specialist products, engineering and services company providing expert support to the mining, and construction industries. This includes the supply of mineral processing equipment, onsite installations, maintenance & repairs, shutdowns, offsite repairs and fabrication. Our suite of products covers mineral processing and bulk materials handling equipment along with other specialty products. At MINPROVISE our vision is to provide innovative solutions in partnership with our clients.

About the opportunity

Reporting to the Recruitment HR Manager, the successful candidate will be required to assist the HR & Recruitment teams in a range of recruitment and HR processes. Your responsibilities will include requesting and upload all employee records, booking pre-employment medicals, ordering PPE, completing administrative duties directly related to HR functions and responsibilities. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to prioritize their workload.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years in an administration role in recruitment or similar industry
  • Strong communication skills with stakeholders and candidates
  • Provide solutions that show initiative and drive
  • High attention to detail
  • Previous JobAdder experience is deemed highly advantageous
