We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Operator to join our ALM team based in our Canning Vale office. This role is supporting Metcash’s Liquor Pillar, ‘ALM', which means you’ll be making a big difference for independent liquor stores and the local communities they give back to.

Opportunity 

  • 12 month fixed term contract with the opportunity to extend  
  • Part time hours (approx.15.5) Mon 8am - 4pm, Wed 1pm-5pm, Thurs 1pm - 5pm 
  • Potential overtime available

  • Ability to manage inbound/outbound calls, on average 20-30 per day. 
  • High volume data entry of orders requiring excellent accuracy and attention to detail. 
  • Resolve internal and external stakeholders’ queries in a timely manner. 
  • Ability to manage a caseload with a high level of customer satisfaction. 
  • Be reliable, punctual, and have excellent multi-tasking skills. 
  • Previous experience with CRM systems (e.g., salesforce) beneficial.
