We are on the hunt for our next **Customer Service Specialist** to join our vibrant and energetic team full-time at our head office in Epping, Melbourne.

The Opportunity:*

Joining our Customer Service team onsite, you will work together to manage customer service responsibilities effectively and triage requests, working with key stakeholders to support the delivery of the Sales and Operational targets.

As you step into this role, your focus will be to learn and master our product process. Through on-the-job training and mentorship, you will thoroughly understand our products and how our customers use them.

Once you have a solid grasp of the product process, you will work closely with an account manager, allowing you to practice small accounts to develop your professional skills.

Requirements*
**Responsibilities include**:

- Enter customer and business development team orders into the Criterion CRM (Salesforce)
- Field inbound and outbound calls directly from clients and process orders
- Address issues of varying complexity, working with other departments as needed to resolve issues
- Generating sales leads from inquiries received.
- Provide administrative support to our Client Executives such as analysis of account purchases; arranging samples and appointments.
- Assisting with administration duties.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.

To thrive in this role, we would love for you to have customer service experience and experience or knowledge in the construction industry.
