The Role:

This position is responsible for supporting the office administrative work, including managing office supplies and equipment. This individual will also be responsible for all HR administrative duties including but not limited to maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g employment records and onboarding activities), updating internal databases, coordinating HR events and a helping hand to all HR functions. 

​This individual must be someone who loves to create a welcoming and safe working environment for all the team members and visitors and has a strong understanding of confidentiality and ethical standards. They will provide assistance to HR and Operations and other disciplines where required.  

What You'll do:  

  •     Timesheet administration 
  • ​    First tier recruitment including resume screening, phone screening and interview coordination 
  • ​    Basic system access administration 
  • ​    Drafting policies, procedures and employee handbook 
  • ​    Liaison to building management 
  • ​    Managing employee files and ensuring accurate records 
  •     Organising office events and functions 
  •     Managing office supplies and events
  •     Creating a clean and safe workplace environment 
  •     Managing all office administration 
  •     Supporting payroll and office adherence 
  • ​   Other duties as required by Site Director & HR Manager​
