Retail, Consumer & Auto (RCA) provides specialised contract warehouse and distribution services to a range of industries across the globe including Consumer & Beverages, Specialty Retail, Auto and FMCG. We offer our customers an array of robust and flexible logistics and warehouse distribution solutions in the third-party logistics (3PL) market.

As a Team Manager in our Retail & Consumer business unit, you will play a pivotal role in leading the operational transition to a new, state-of-the-art warehouse facility. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring that processes and procedures are streamlined and effectively implemented.

The role

We are looking for an experienced Team Manager (PM Shift) to join our Retail & Consumer function based in Prestons & Kemps Creek, NSW. As the Team Manager (PM Shift), you will:

  • Successfully facilitate the delivery of Warehouse Logistics for a Key Customer.
  • Compliance requirements of the warehouse are continually reviewed and reported to ensure both the customer and Toll’s financial and audit expectations are met.
  • Safety Culture meets both organisational and regional requirements.
  • Managing direct reports comprising of team leaders and waged staff.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3 -5 Years in Logistics and Warehouse Management
  • Demonstrated previous experience in managing a retail/consumer goods warehouse function.
  • Proven experience in successfully managing employee base in a complex industrial industry.
  • Experience in warehouse transitions.
