About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Sydney office for a Law Graduate or newly admitted Lawyer to join our General Insurance team on a full-time basis. With a strong focus on personal injury and public liability matters, our clients include some of the biggest names in insurance both locally and internationally. As a Graduate Lawyer, you will play an integral part in progressing each matter from receiving instructions, through to settlement or trial. Working closely with a Special Counsel, you will have the benefit of guidance and mentoring from a Partner, a Senior Associate and others in the team, making this an invaluable opportunity to develop your skills, knowledge and experience in a hands-on role.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have completed your Australian law degree (or equivalent) and be eligible for admission by June 2025. You will have prior experience working in a litigation environment, and a genuine interest in insurance law. We are looking for someone who is passionate, has strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgement, and importantly, can demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
