  • Lead a World-Class Team: Take charge of a team of skilled programmers, guiding them through the development process and ensuring the highest standards of quality and innovation.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with production, design, and art teams to transform ideas into captivating gaming experiences, fostering collaboration and synergy across disciplines.
  • Strategic Analysis: Evaluate feature requests, assessing their feasibility, design completeness, risks, and resource requirements to ensure successful implementation.
  • Architect and Implement: Design, document, and implement gameplay features and systems, leveraging your expertise to create immersive and engaging player experiences.
  • Process Optimisation: Establish robust processes to streamline development workflows, ensuring the smooth and stable delivery of games on multiple platforms.
  • Mentorship: Share your knowledge and expertise with programming team, empowering them to grow and excel in their roles.

Qualifications

  • Expertise: Bring over 10 years of professional game development experience to the table, demonstrating mastery in programming across multiple platforms.
  • Technical Proficiency: Showcase a solid command of modern C++ and other relevant languages, with a deep understanding of game development technologies and best practices.
  • Analytical Thinking: Approach game feature implementation with a pragmatic mindset, combining analytical rigor with creative vision to deliver exceptional results.
  • Leadership: Inspire and motivate your team as a natural leader, driving projects forward with enthusiasm and a commitment to excellence.
  • Industry Knowledge: Possess a comprehensive understanding of game development processes, particularly within creative departments, to navigate complex challenges effectively.
