THE OPPORTUNITY

The Loss Prevention Analyst will be responsible for identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities that may lead to loss within the organization. This role involves analyzing data, monitoring trends, and implementing strategies to prevent theft, fraud, and other forms of loss. The Analyst will work closely with various departments to ensure the company's assets are protected and that loss prevention measures are effectively enforced.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyse transaction data, inventory records and other relevant information to identify patterns indicative of potential loss.
  • Collaborate with the Stock Integrity and Retail Operations teams to develop and implement strategies to mitigate risk and prevent loss.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of loss prevention programs and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in the creation of policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
  • Conduct investigations into incidents of theft, fraud, or other losses
  • Work closely with People Experience in resolving investigations and providing training and education to the wider business on loss prevention techniques and best practice
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements related to loss prevention.
  • Conduct regular audits of loss prevention measures and inventory controls.

ABOUT YOU

  • 2+ years of experience in loss prevention or related field, ideally from retail, logistics, or similar industry
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Profiency in Microsoft Office Suite, loss prevention software (preferred).
