As the Data & Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing and overseeing all aspects of our clients Data & Analytics environment - data warehouse and BI tools to deliver meaningful insights and analysis to improve business performance and outcomes
Key Skills & Responsibilities

  • Developing and driving the roadmap for delivery of the Data & Analytics strategy
  • Developing strategies for effective data analysis, reporting and analytics solutions 
  • Extensive experience within Data & Analytics (i.e., Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Power BI)
  • Extensive experience with Data Warehouse environments including Microsoft Azure,
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerBI and an understanding of other UI tools
  • Understanding of data analytics development methodologies and approaches
  • Extensive experience in development of data analytics models
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles
  • Technical knowledge of data integration technologies
  • Proven experience in being able to manage vendors including driving performance improvements over time
  • Expertise in strategic thinking and strong business acumen
  • Relationship building and collaboration skills across diverse and matrixed stakeholders and customers
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing
  • Proven leadership skills to build and motivate a high-performing team. 
  • Can bridge the gap between data and business, translating insights into action. 
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment, communicating effectively across all levels.
