Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage finance system implementation projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops with subject matter experts to clarify business processes and desired outcomes.
  • Document business processes and align them with system configurations to ensure seamless integration.
  • Analyze and map business requirements, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support data migration efforts, including data cleansing and mapping.
  • Participate in system readiness planning, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and go-live support.
  • Provide training and support to end users, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving queries.
  • Assist in creating workflows, custom reports, and business documentation, including policies, procedures, and user guides.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous system implementation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of core accounting and finance processes.
  • Experience in process mapping, documentation, and writing user guides.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and contribute to change initiatives.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven experience in delivering business system projects end-to-end.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Service-oriented and results-driven approach.
