About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to join our team in Brisbane. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading finance transformation projects, working with iconic clients, and developing our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead finance transformation projects, including technology, process, and control activities
  • Develop and implement finance transformation strategies to improve financial reporting and reduce the financial reporting burden
  • Work with clients to identify process improvements and technology solutions to reduce the time taken to produce financial reports
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplined teams to deliver finance transformation projects
  • Develop and coach team members to improve their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a related field
  • Experience in business development, pipeline generation, and sales, particularly client account management/leadership
  • Extensive experience delivering finance transformation projects that involve technology, process, and control activities
  • Demonstrate sophisticated project management of complex finance technology/transformation projects
  • Qualifications in an Accounting/Finance/Information Systems degree and/or CA qualification or equivalent
  • Experience in enabling services related to end-to-end P2P, O2C, R2R cycles
  • Excellent collaborative skills, precision thinking, and a dedicated work ethic
