Our client is offering a full time permanent position for an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to join the team, for an immediate start They are one of Australia's leading suppliers of steel reinforcing products and services. 

This role is 5 days - Monday to Friday based onsite at their Glendenning branch. As a Dispatch Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling the dispatch of products and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. You will be communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis, data entry on their internal system, and effectively managing multiple dispatch jobs.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 2+ years in Dispatching/Coordinating experience, ideally in a similar industry
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Data entry proficiency
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of the construction industry is beneficial
