The Dispatch Clerk will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations team and overall business. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Responding to customer and transport company phone inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  2. Completing daily paperwork checks and ensuring accurate documentation is sent to the relevant departments
  3. Verifying SAP and Load On truck function for wholesale and processor invoicing
  4. Ensuring shipment manifests are completed correctly and accurately
  5. Cross-checking drivers' sign-off sheets and cover sheets with SAP prior to invoicing
  6. Communicating dispatch advice to the business via email as required
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills
  • Well-developed spreadsheet skills
