Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for permanent and executive positions.
  • Undertaking shortlisting, screening, interviewing, pre-employment checks, and advertising across various mediums.
  • Proactively building client and talent pipelines.
  • Developing effective sourcing and selection strategies.
  • Reaching out to clients and candidates to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Utilizing your extensive network and connections to identify top talent.
  • Applying your recruitment and industry knowledge to assess candidate suitability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Prior experience within the Hospitality or Customer Service industry
  • Proven track record of success in connecting candidates with opportunities.
  • Strong industry knowledge and connection and understanding of recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
