**We have an incredible opportunity for a talented recruitment specialist to join our RPO team partnering with Nine. If you are passionate about media and thrive in more dynamic, fast-paced, and high-performing environments then this might be the role for you**
- As a Recruiter at Hudson RPO you will join an inspiring team working closely with our client stakeholders and contribute to the ongoing success of our broader global recruitment team. You will be a proactive recruitment specialist, with a consultative and responsive approach who enjoys partnering with key clients._- In this role you will need to operate both strategically and tactically, you will add value beyond the recruitment process, delivering a best-in-class, bespoke talent acquisition process for your client groups. You are an experienced talent acquisition professional who can recruit across People & Culture, Sales, Marketing and Finance. Additionally, you are a strong problem solver who can influence and implement directives with a proven track record in partnering with senior leaders and quickly becoming a trusted advisor and expert in the space.

**_ Please note,_** this role will require you to be onsite in North Sydney 3 days per week.

**What you will be doing**:

- Joining our client, Nine, you will deliver across the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle for the People & Culture, Sales, Marketing and Finance business units
- Managing multiple stakeholders you will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process to hire the very best talent whilst promoting a diverse and inclusive hiring practice
- Holding relationships with senior stakeholders within the business advising and guiding on all things Talent Acquisition
- Strategic talent sourcing, building out talent pools, engaging with talent communities and driving proactive search
- Adding value through the delivery of talent acquisition projects and initiatives
- Providing guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements.

**Who you are**:

- Strong expertise and credibility as a Talent Acquisition professional who has a proven track record recruiting across corporate operations, specifically P&C, Finance, Sales & Marketing
- Confidence and capability to work with your client group in an advisory and consultative capacity
- Proven experience and expertise in RPO or internal recruitment and broader talent acquisition
- Ability to effectively engage and manage relationships at all levels and across business functions
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
