The Role | 

As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will lead the sourcing, engaging and onboarding of key talent across the Australian & New Zealand retail network and Sydney Head Office. This is a fast paced, agile role appointing a variety of professionals from Sales Consultants to IT Professionals and Fashion Designers
 
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will work closely with the leadership teams to source and onboard individuals, identifying exceptional brand representatives and maintaining our position at the forefront of the Australian retail fashion industry.

End to end recruitment process from advertising, screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates

Executing recruitment strategies to engage top talent

Working with department leaders and retail managers to reduce time to fill

Generating employment contracts and assisting a smooth onboarding process

Involvement in candidate head hunting and reviewing internal successions

 
The Skillset |

4+ years previous experience in agency or internal recruitment within the fashion or retail industry essential 

An understanding of the fashion and retail industry – previous experience working in retail sales an advantage

Hardworking, highly organised, proactive with strong attention to detail

Ability to develop relationships with people at all levels within the business as well as work independently
