What you do:

The Receptionist plays a key role in supporting the business, and providing facilities support, advice and an excellent staff and visitor experience. The role of the Receptionist is to provide effective and efficient front desk service, including but not limited to greeting and checking visitors in, providing administrative support to enable the Facilities department to function effectively and efficiently, monitoring the Facilities Help Desk and attending and resolving queries as necessary, responding to facility related requirements and liaising with staff and suppliers for any general enquiries. 

What you need:

  • Ability to prioritise workload, to work under pressure with a high level of organisational proficiency and initiative
  • Some experience of providing facilities administrative support in a busy organisation
  • Previous experience in similar professional Receptionist & Facilities Administrator role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
