We are looking for an experienced and confident Executive Assistant who enjoys and challenge and is dedicated to finding new ways to add value. 

This role is an initial temporary contract with the potential to turn permanent 

A little bit about the role:
Your day will be spent as the true right hand of the CEO and CTO, ensuring you communicate all diary commitments clearly and take care of their inbox and calendars. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, booking travel arrangements and accommodation, and expense reporting. You will also be tasked with database management and a range of other administrative duties.

What will your day look like? 

  • You will support both the CEO and CTO 
  • Complex diary and email management
  • Arranging travel, locally, domestically or internationally
  • Online database management and compliance
  • Anticipate the needs of partners and proactively address any potential challenges
  • Taking admin tasks off your Executives so they can put more focus into the growth of the business
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions and tasks
  • General office admin overflow with precision and attention to detail

 
Ideal candidate profile:

  • OUTSTANDING communication skills
  • Experience being the main administrator for online platforms
  • Upmost confidentiality
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and wants a hands-on involvement in the company they work for
  • Someone who wants to grow alongside a hustling business with a great attitude
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills to coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, and organise and maintain files and records
  • Bubbly, outgoing personality that will work hard but be able to have a laugh
