**We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our client’s team as a Full-Time Personal Assistant with a specific interest in Real Estate. This role is for a professional eager to gain hands-on experience.**

**Our client runs several successful sales-focused businesses; a lead generation firm that creates high quality B2B sales leads and meetings through cold calling and a personal business providing Training and Coaching solutions to assist people in growing.**

**What will be my role?**

You will provide administrative and personal support to our client across the businesses, to maximise productivity. You will implement and manage the systems and processes required to meet day to day objectives.

**Cold Calling Side**
- Supporting CEO and The Account Management Team by:

- Collating and providing Team rosters
- Scheduling, coordinating and confirming prospect meetings that the Team has
- created for clients. You will ensure correct attendees are invited and that key
- attendees have responded.
- Creating each client Weekly Summary Report at the end of the week
- Liaising with clients so as to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Assisting with prospecting activity (such as social media, networking, managing incoming enquiries etc)
- Working with the CEO to set up and launch new client accounts (which will include attending new client Workshops; taking all the workshop notes and working with Ashleigh to create scripts etc).

**Real Estate Side**
- Assist with prospecting activity to secure new listing opportunities
- Be familiar with listings and clients
- Manage all special projects and marketing projects for the Team
- Prepare and deliver pre-listing kits
- Open client files and commence property trails
- Organise and design property marketing including social media, photography, signage etc.
- Tag and store property keys - maintain a key register
- Load internet advertising
- Book all advertising with the office administration department
- Organise the material for Open Homes
- Manage all administration and file management
- Update client information and manage the client database
- Assist at Open Homes when needed
- Attend the team meetings and contribute
- Form and maintain relationships with other businesses for referrals

**Skills required for this role**:

- A certificate and/or licence in Real Estate (Not a problem if you don’t have this / working towards this)An interest In this field is perfect
- Demonstrated experience in personal or executive assistance, or a challenging
- administrative role
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills, demonstrating a high attention to detail
- Prior experience working within a fast paced environment with constant change
- Established experience building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Strong proficient MS office skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with heavy diary management
- A very proactive nature, you will look for things to do and you will make suggestions to improve processes.
