What role will you play?

Reporting to the Financial Crime Risk Program Director, you will play a critical role in implementing changes within the Financial Crime Risk portfolio. You will utilise your expertise in change management to facilitate the smooth integration of financial crime regulatory change and capability uplift across various project initiatives within the portfolio. You will be responsible for a wide range of activities such as preparing targeted communications, presentations/briefing packs, newsletters, SharePoint content creation and maintenance, impact assessments, change plans, stakeholder matrix, training plans and related artefacts such as FAQs.

What you offer

  • Experience in financial crime and/or regulatory programs
  • Proven experience in change management or a related role and a strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practice
  • Experience in regulatory or financial crime programs will be highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project or change management certification is preferable
  • Strong working knowledge of SharePoint site content creation is preferable.

About the Risk Management Group

In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. Our divisions include behavioural risk, compliance, credit, financial crime risk, internal audit, market risk, operational risk and governance, prudential risk, and Risk Management Group central.
