What role will you play?
You will play a critical role in implementing changes within the Financial Crime Risk portfolio.
This position requires expertise in change management to facilitate the smooth integration of financial crime regulatory change and capability uplift across various project initiatives within the portfolio.
This role will offer a variety of activities to the successful applicant such as preparation of targeted communications, presentations/briefing packs, newsletters, SharePoint content creation and maintenance, impact assessments, change plans, stakeholder matrix, training plans and related artefacts such as FAQs.
Reporting to the Financial Crime Risk Program Director, you will also work closely with the broader project team in the planning and execution of key initiatives.
What you offer
- Experience in financial crime and/or regulatory programs
- Proven experience in change management or a related role and a strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practice
- Experience in regulatory or financial crime programs will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Project or change management certification is preferable
- Strong working knowledge of SharePoint site content creation is preferable.

In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks.
Our divisions include behavioural risk, compliance, credit, financial crime risk, internal audit, market risk, operational risk and governance, prudential risk, and Risk Management Group central.
