- What role you will play?Reporting to the Financial Crime Risk Program Director, you will play a critical role in implementing changes within the Financial Crime Risk portfolio. You will utilise your expertise in change management to facilitate the smooth integration of financial crime regulatory change and capability uplift across various project initiatives within the portfolio. You will be responsible for a wide range of activities such as preparing targeted communications, presentations/briefing packs, newsletters, SharePoint content creation and maintenance, impact assessments, change plans, stakeholder matrix, training plans and related artefacts such as FAQs.
- What you offer- Experience in financial crime and/or regulatory programs
- Proven experience in change management or a related role and a strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Project or change management certification is advantageous
- Strong working knowledge of SharePoint site content creation is advantageous
- Experience in regulatory or financial crime programs is advantageous.
