Based in the Sydney head office, this role is responsible for office administration and coordination. The key duties include, but are not limited to;

Assist the business with data collection, compiling and organising materials, as well as preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations of varying complexity. Providing general administration support to the EA’s and departments as requested, including but not limited to expenses, preparation of documents, data entry, general typing, and any variety of overflow work. Assisting with all facets of coordinating a large office.  About You: 
Previous relevant experience in an administration role within a corporate environment. Previous experience providing administration support to a group or team is highly desirable. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of PC based systems and applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database systems for managing contacts, schedules and calendars.
