As a Policy Coordinator you will be responsible for the development, management, and implementation of the policy framework, including policies, procedures, and guidelines, to support our organisation in delivering high quality education to children from birth to 12 years.

What you need to succeed  

  • Demonstrated experience in a developing and managing an organisational policy framework. 
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, reviewing, updating, and managing organisational policies.  
  • High level policy writing skills and report writing skills.  
  • High level organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and / or projects.  
  • High level research and analysis skills and experience.  
  • A skilled, experienced, and confident verbal communicator.  
  • Knowledge of the early childhood and out of school hours sector is desirable.
