We currently have several contract opportunities for Senior Advisors, particularly with experience in handling grievances, performance management, misconduct, and other employee relations matters.
Also we are looking for experienced HR generalists for contract opportunities. If you meet some or all of the below requirements, we would welcome your application.
- Degree qualification in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
- Considerable HR generalist experience in a medium to large multi-disciplined organisation.
- Considerable experience coaching, supporting and advising leaders on a range of HR matters, to achieve improvement in employee experience and business outcomes.
- Considerable experience resolving workplace grievances and disputes and supporting leaders to manage performance, disciplinary and misconduct matters, at all levels.
- Considerable experience in identifying and mitigating HR related risks with ability to resolve complex problems and issues to achieve effective outcomes.
- Considerable experience interpreting and providing advice on industrial instruments, policies and procedures.
- Considerable experience building relationships and advising on leadership and people management
