The Role

We're looking for a  CDP Specialist  within the Audience Data & Insights team at SBS. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a core team, that thrive to accelerate the growth for SBS On Demand in the streaming space through driving personalisation initiatives in collaboration with Marketing

This role is a full-time position. The role reports into the Audience Data Engineering Lead and is focused on developing and implementing the Customer Data Platform (CDP) strategy. In addition, the role involves:

Make a difference by being part of an organisation dedicated to driving social cohesion Working collaboratively with marketing stakeholders to implement and develop CDP capabilities Supporting the delivery of CDP roadmap to maximise use of the tool by marketing team Gathering & defining business requirements, translating requirements into actionable user stories for technical implementation Working closely with suppliers, developers and QA to validate/troubleshoot any issues in the implementation process Identifying opportunities to leverage data across the business and drive a data-driven culture, and enable product-led growth of the business Supporting marketing stakeholders in regard to advanced CDP segmentation, activation, personalisation, email campaigns, digital advertisements and new capabilities Establishing best practises that ensure effective governance and reporting of CDP segments Creating product documentation and training materials Championing CDP capabilities and driving its adoption with marketing team

It is a requirement of this role that incumbents are vaccinated with at least two doses of an approved Covid-19 vaccination. We do however have a medical exemption process and we would be happy to discuss your application should this be applicable to you.

About you

The ideal candidate would be a data savvy individual who is comfortable working with technical teams and is able to tell a story with data visualisations.

Demonstrated experience with CDP/DMP such as Adobe Real-time CDP or Audience Manager Enabling data source and destination integrations and automation processes within CDP/DMP The ability to translate complex data into meaningful audience segments An eye for detail and a deep fluency in quantitative analysis with a passion for using data to communicate and drive marketing outcomes Experience working within data enablement teams handling a wide range of audience data A good understanding of digital marketing technology and automation Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate insights to non-technical stakeholders Ability to work both independently and within an agile team environment
