We have a (Permanent)
**Head of Data Architecture Practice **role available.

***
In this role you will
**build a (modern) Data Architecture practice**. You will be
**responsible for Planning, Co-Ordinating & Ensuring Delivery.**

***
You will be responsible for communicating effectively with business & technology teams and building strong networks with those teams.

You will manage a team of Architecture specialists, managing the Delivery of Architecture initiatives including Delivery of Modern D/W / GCP Data Lake Environment, AI/ML Projects and more.

You will lead Solution Architecture & Design of all solutions and technology under the data domain.

You will be responsible for
**looking down to the delivery of initiatives**, ensuring solutions are on track and delivering as they should be.

You will be responsible for
**looking up - engaging with Business stakeholders and Technology Teams, building the brand of Data across the organisation.**

You will
**focus on how people make the most out of Data & Data Platforms, **with a
**big focus on AI/ML** and communicating what is possible in that world.

**Please Note**: You will
**require experience running Architecture practices**
**, and having**
**modern approach to Architecture practices**
**.**

**Experience Required**:

- **Architecture Practice Management / Leadership (Essential)**:

- **Experience Building & Running Modern Architecture Practices (Essential)**:

- Data Architecture background (preferred Not Essential)
- Architecture Leadership Experience (Essential)
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the Org (Essential)
- Leadership / Management & Planning Skillset (Essential)
- Technical Experience INC Data platforms - data warehouse, data lake, Reporting and Analytics platforms, AI/ML, knowledge of CDP/DMP technology (ideal)
- Delivery background for Data & Data Platforms (Ideal).
- Exceptional communication & stakeholder engagement skills at all levels
